My name is Kim, I’m 5’1 and I currently weight 215. My highest weight was 267lbs. The photo on the left was from senior prom May 2009 (267lbs) and the photo on the right is February 2014 (222lbs). I’ve been on and off weight watchers for many years and finally have stuck with it. I exercise daily with a minimum of 40 minute cardio and alternate days for weights. I drink plenty of water and avoid fast food at all cost. I also try to eat gluten free and limit the amount of carbs (not avoiding them completely). I’m a type 2 diabetic and lowered my A1C levels from a 12 to a 7.5. My goal weight is to be around 160 and possibly run a 5k. I just keep telling myself to never give up.
